Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for cancellations.
In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, we will either arrange for the missing item to be delivered (if feasible within the allotted time) or the refund amount will be credited to your source account within 3 working days.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Quality Issue
In case you are not satisfied with the product quailty, please bring the same to our notice within 3 hours of receiving the product so we can get the product collected and perform the quality test to determine if a replacement or compensation is warranted.
Reschedulling
If you wish to rechedule your order, kindly inform the same at least two days prior to the scheduled delivery date. This will allow us to make any necessary adjustments to our schedule and ensure that your cake is delivered at a time that is convenient for you.
